Join Dara Santana, European jury member of The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops, for an open conversation about today’s specialty coffee scene and what makes certain cafés stand out on an international level.
Drawing on her experience as a jury member and her perspective on coffee cultures across different markets, Dara will share what she looks for beyond what’s in the cup: from customer experience and strong concepts to identity, atmosphere and the details that make a coffee shop memorable.
We’ll also look beyond individual cafés and talk about the bigger picture: current global trends, changing customer expectations and what Dara is seeing across different coffee markets around the world. 🌍
And of course, we’ll go behind the rankings too. What does it mean to evaluate coffee shops on an international level? What makes one stand out among hundreds of great places? And what can the Top 100 Coffee Shops tell us about where specialty coffee culture is heading?
